Training, Information and Open Course curriculum and tailored in-company Retrainings

SITEP is committed to developing the skills of its staff through open course curriculum and tailored in-company trainings suited to the company's strategy.

Promoting Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) awareness

In addition to the training required by the regulations, SITEP staff receives training specifically related to the risks linked to each activity.

All staff are trained in how to apply safety instructions and procedures, as well as first aid in case of incidents or accidents.

All temporary or seasonal staff and subcontractors are given appropriate HSE training designed to respond to the risks

SITEP Staff and Executives are kept up to date on a regular basis on the following :

• Risks associated with their profession ;
• Their contribution to risk reduction and mitigation;
• The importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the need to use it ;
• Preventative measures should be implemented.
